Advocate and Insolvency Professional) (Corporate Insolvency and Resolution)
H C Manchanda, an Insolvency Professional and Advocate, has rich experience in credit management, debt restructuring, and recovery of stressed assets. He worked as a banker with State Bank of India and now provides support and legal advisory as an Insolvency Resolution Professional. He advises companies on insolvency and bankruptcy laws.
Advocate (FSSAI, Legal Metrology, Policy and Regulation)
Vivek Manchanda has expertise in legal compliance for the F&B, FMCG, and E-Commerce industries. He advises clients on regulatory matters, vendor agreements, due diligence, and risk analysis. He provides strategic advice to startups and corporate clients on compliance and regulatory issues, developing SOPs and emergency protocols to minimize risks.
Advocate (FSSAI, Licensing, Approvals and Statutory Compliance)
Silky is having expertise on laws applicable to the F&B industry and specializes in compliance as mandated under the Food Safety & Standards Act, 2006, and the Regulations framed therein. She manages an excellent liaison network across the Country to ensure complete management of compliance and is currently managing regulatory compliance and liaison for various Corporate and Start-up clients on a Pan India basis.
Prakhar Garg specializes in RERA advisory, joint development projects, construction contracts, and property transactions. He advises on wills, trusts, gifts, and succession for private clients. He also represents top Indian brands on trademark and IP infringement issues, focusing on clearance searches, opinions, trademark applications, and litigation in trademark law.
Devika Jauhari is an experienced Chartered Accountant with a demonstrated history of working in the accounting industry. She has been advising and assisting various start-up clients on matter related to GST, Income Tax, e-TDS, Auditing (Statutory/Tax/Internal), Company Incorporation, Investment Advisory and Loan Assistance. She is a strong accounting professional and a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Rishabh Jain, a dispute resolution attorney, has over 9 years of experience. He represents government, corporate, and private clients in various jurisdictions, handling civil, procedural, administrative, and criminal cases. Rishabh has worked on constitutional rights, securities law, debt recovery, tax offenses, and more, representing the Central Government in the Supreme Court.
